Abstract
Industri konstruksi di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perkembangan pesat dengan terbuktinya banyak proyek pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun swasta. Earned value merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam mengelola proyek yang mengintegrasikan biaya dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja proyek ditinjau dari segi biaya dan waktu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu earned value analysis dengan pengumpulan data pada proyek pembangunan Bendungan Beringin Sila Kecamatan Utan. Hasil analisa pada proyek pembangunan Bendungan Beringin Sila yaitu kinerja biaya tidak ada mengalami pembengkakan karena nilai Estimate At Complete (EAC) sama dengan biaya total proyek. Sedangkan nilai Schedule Performance Index (SPI) pada bulan ke 1 sebesar 0.51 yang artinya produktifitas pekerjaan terealisasi dikerjakan terlambat dari rencana awal proyek.
