Abstract
Daerah Irigasi Keruak merupakan daerah irigasi teknis dengan luas irigasi 116 Ha dan panjang saluran irigasi existing 2.254 m. Kondisi saluran saat ini menunjukkan terjadinya penumpukan sedimentasi rata-rata setinggi 40cm serta terjadi kerusakan dinding saluran pada beberapa ruas saluran primer, sekunder dan terdapat kerusakan pada bangunan utama dan pada beberapa bangunan pelengkap lainnya, sehingga diyakini berdampak pada kinerja Daerah Irigasi Keruak. Melihat kondisi kinerja Daerah Irigasi Keruak, perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap indeks kondisi kinerja daerah irigasi saat ini. Penilaian dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode PERMEN PU No.32/PRT/M/2007 tentang Pedoman Operasional dan Pemeliharaan dengan memperhatikan beberapa parameter yang digunakan yaitu kondisi fisik, produktifitas tanam, sarana penunjang, organisasi personalia, dokumentasi, dan P3A. Hasil penilaian indeks kinerja Daerah Irigasi Keruak pada tahun 2010 sebesar 45,84%, tahun 2011 sebesar 44,72%, tahun 2012 sebesar 44,34%, tahun 2013 sebesar 43,22%, tahun 2014 sebesar 44,72% dan tahun 2015 sebesar 43,59%. Dari kondisi tersebut mengalami penurunan rata-rata yaitu sebesar 1,05% dan indeks kinerja rata-rata sebesar 44,41%. Indeks kinerja Daerah Irigasi Keruak saat ini mengalami penurunan dan berada dibawah indeks kinerja optimum sebesar 77,50%. Dari kondisi tersebut, Daerah Irigasi Keruak masuk dalam kategori Daerah Irigasi dengan kinerja “buruk†dan perlu perhatian.
