Abstract
Kecelakaan kerja merupakan suatu permasalahan yang banyak menyita perhatian berbagai organisasi, karena mencakup permasalahan perikemanusiaan, biaya, manfaat ekonomi, aspek hukum, pertanggungjawaban serta citra organisasi. Untuk itu diperlukan perencanaan K3 yang bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, melindungi pekerja dan orang lain di tempat kerja, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan produktifitas kerja. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman pada proyek konstruksi dengan tingkat resiko tinggi. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan analisa terhadap kondisi lokasi kerja yang berbahaya. Dari hasil analisa tersebut selanjutnya merencanakan K3 terkait sistem transportasi material dan support konstruksi, sehingga resiko yang tinggi tersebut tidak menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan resiko kecelakaan maka direncanakanlah K3 pada masing-masing kegiatan dengan menggunakan beberapa peralatan kerja dan alat perlindungan diri yang aman, seperti Pekerjaan Tanah, Transportasi material, Bekerja di ketinggian
