Abstract

Gedung Pasar Johar Selatan Semarang merupakan proyek pembangunan gedung empat lantai di daerah Purwodinatan Kota Semarang. Semula Gedung Pasar Johar direncanakan menggunakan metode struktur portal biasa (kolom, balok, dan pelat). Penelitian ini memodifikasi menggunakan struktur flat slab. Redesign menggunakan flat slab diharapkan mampu menahan beban gempa dan tetap aman strukturnya. Analisa perhitungan struktur menggunakan program ETABS v.18.1.1. Hasil penelitian menggunakan desain baru menggunakan tebal flat slab atau pelat 250 mm, tinggi drop panel sebesar 150 mm, dengan ukuran kolom 800x800 mm. Nilai displacement menggunakan flat slab masih aman dengan nilai terbesar 30 mm. Simpangan antar lantai arah x dan y masih dibawah nilai ijin sebesar 58,462 mm artinya redesain pasar johar memenuhi syarat. Kestabilan dari efek P-delta struktur masih dalam keadaan stabil karena nilainya dibawah batas stabilitas struktur 0,0909. Torsi tidak terjadi karena nilai story drift inelastic dibagi dengan simpangan antar lantai dibawah 1,2 dan 1,4.
